SHIPPING

Shipping times for deliveries within New Zealand:

1-5 working days depending on the area. 

Please allow additional postage time for Rural Delivery.

Please remember postal service doesn't operate on weekends and public holidays here in New Zealand, but we will always get your order out to you as soon as reasonably possible.

All shipping costs stated on the Crewroom NZ website are listed in $NZD

 

RETURNS

 

1. Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange your items please provide us with the notice before returning items to us.

You have the right to exchange your items within 30 days from the day you placed the order with us. 

The return of the items is made at your own cost. All items designated to be exchanged must be received in original condition with tags attached.

Items can be exchanged for any item available from our website to the same or lesser value.

2. Return policy

In order to have the right to return items:

- We must be notified in advance of the items being returned.

- The items must be returned within the 30 days from the day of purchasing. 

- The items need to be unused and undamaged in their original condition.

- All tags must be attached.

- Please note we do not offer returns for change of mind

- No returns on sale or end of line items

If these conditions are not fulfilled the items will be sent back and you will be charged for additional shipping and handling costs.

The return of the items is made at your own cost.
